And, on the rare occasions when I've seen a woman who didn't necessarily seem to "fit" into her chapter, it's been a matter of "how did she ever get a bid from them?" as opposed to "how in the world were they able to get HER to join?"
ETA: Ok, I've seen that exactly once.
