I don't think anyone would be offended by cute earrings or bookmarks you've made with our colors...in fact its perfect for girls who want to wear their colors but not their letters!
But as far as trademarks on maroon & violet, I'm really not sure & I wouldn't know where to look in our handbooks in regards to vendors. Your best bet is to email
info@sigmakappa.org to get their suggestion! Most likely there won't be any problems because Maroon & Violet will probably be considered different than Sigma Kappa Maroon & Sigma Kappa Violet. Good luck!
