point is well taken

yes, your reply is good advice. I often forget that extension is
quite different now than 40 years ago. I got 17 new ones in two
years but upon thinking, many of these are state U's today and
filled with layers upon layers of bureaucracy, most of which are totally unnecessary. A huge number of campi have glorified grunts who mean well but have no concept of what they were supposed to do. This may sound negative. It is.
