I am still perturbed at KD's program for loans for housing improvements. We really wanted to redo a lot of our suite, parts of it were in pretty bad condition. The interest rate on the loan was NINE percent through our HQ. I was really upset over that, because the point of it is to help the chapters. Nine percent interest isn't really helping anyone.
To my knowledge, all housing type loans go through there and there's no special fund for things like sprinklers. Though I could just be in the dark, because we lived in on campus suites.

Dani, that is a shame to hear.
We would think that with the Number of People in Memberships that Nationals would have a little more barginning power with Loan institutions and something that would help lower Insurance rates for all of us who are in Housing of Chapters.
I just wonder since there is supposed to be a great intermingling of IFC and NPC that something as a Major Group effort could be worked out.
Just a thought.
