Glad to see the Delts offering new programs.

I am also impressed by the fullness of their Annual Report in the recent magazine.

Good news:

Initiates up 8.2%, most ugs since 1990

5 new charters

The honesty is also appreciated (and rare in GLO magazines):

Pledges down 3.2%

4 chapters/colonies closed

Also liked seeing a list of chapters needing advisors, and email contacts. Could be very productive.
