Seriously, what makes you more knowledgeable then any other casual NFL fan? Just because we don't watch the NFL network and beat off doesn't make us any less knowledgeable than you.
Donovan has gotten to four straight conference title games, something Tom Brady hasn't even done. Remember how bad the Eagles were before he got there. He's dealt with fans on draft day, comments from Rush, the immaturity of T.O and Mondesire's comments.
McNabb had a 31-8 touchdown-to-INT ratio last year, and he got the hernia because of a questionable cheap shot, and he still tried to go out there and win. What more do you want?
I never said being a class act made you a great QB, all I'm saying is he's handled all this crap with class, and didn't affect him on the field. Remember early in this year when the Eagles looked good, and he was the only reason why. They were 4-2 at one point, and now they're out of the playoffs. Yeah, they've been getting injured, but how's Mike McMahon doing?
But, if you honestly think Mike McMahon or Koy Detmer is the answer to your problems, then I don't know what else to tell you.
