Hey, I'm not sure how your school or sorority's rules are on "informal rushing", but what we do is hold social events at our house to accumilate interest. One event we had was an Ice Cream Social. We also had a movie night and a game night. Just different girls only night with many different people. It gave them insight to who we are as a group and as individuals and it worked terrific for us this year!
