No, I think it's a misunderstanding that they're stopping publication altogether. I haven't seen any news to that effect, and their website indicates they're still going -- going with the new format and fewer listings. The story linked by the OP doesn't say they're giving up.
Why they're still around, I don't know, but they still are around.
