Listen, regarding AIM, etc. I'm not on any of those, but all of us do have PM on GC which can be used pretty much like e-mail.

You just have to remember to clean it out once in a while.
You are the reason I will get heartburn.

When those hit our Forum, I delete them the minute the person being "paged" reads it. I know that other mods do the same.

I think I'm outta this thread. You three can argue all you want about what's deleted and what's not, but there are only so many ways to explain the same thing, over and over and over and over...

Let's not lose site of what started this whole controversy -- posts that numerous members found offensive and clearly (in my opinion) violated the Terms of Service.

Things that do that deserve to be deleted.
Fine, then tell everyone else to do the same.

There is always the chat feature of this website. No one else really uses it.

As of a few months ago, it was working because the Alpha Gams used meet for our weekly chat. AFAIK it works, but the Java program that it uses isn't the best one.

RC, what happened to your "letter association thread"?
TY resurrected it recently - god i loved that thread, it was the closest thing to a child I've ever known, and I beat it mercilessly as such.

My Mike Jones thread was in a very similar vein - it was titled "Mike Jones MCMXVII" and had a rather large picture of TMNT on there. Here, I'll repost the photo, so the moderator can explain him/herself:

Now how does THAT violate any TOS? Give me TMNT before you give me 'word association' or 'highest post, er, point, er, jesus god why does this thread exist?'

Life does go on after a thread is deleted. Although you wouldn't know it from this place lol.
