I know that some people suggest repeating the name three times (in your head) using information about the person. For example:
Sally is wearing a pink shirt. Sally is a history major. Sally enjoys playing tennis.
Another trick that I've heard is that you could try, depending on the length of your conversation with the PNM, to repeat their name a few times. This will help put it in your head a little better. Good luck during Recruitment!
