I don't know how you would go about it, maybe try contacting the chapter president, but most likely you wouldn't be treated as a pledge, at least that's how we do it (we've had two transfers since I've been here). I guess if you haven't seen all of the ritual (you're not an "Epsilon" or whatever you call it) you would probably go through the entire "Traditional" initiation (bmp ritual is just the Traditional ritual split into 3 parts, right?), but [at our chapter] we wouldn't make you go through the whole pledging process.
