Jumping in here....
I had a friend in college who was an AZD, and her mother took her quill to their family jeweler to have it "blinged" out.
She had her birthstones placed in it as a surprise. My friend was VERY surprised. (her birthstone was emeralds).
I don't know if that is keeping with AZD specifications...but if it is, you can check that route. I was a bit expensive if I remember, but they could afford it
