Pass a roll of toilet paper around, each person tears off the amount they think will fit around the expecting mothers stomach, who comes closest without going over win a prize. First person to arrive wins a prize.
Safety pin or paper clip game. Who ever collects the most wins a prize. You collect by catching people crossing their legs.
