Good question, OA.
In this country, I don't trust any system totally--and I'm not a conspiracy theorist at all. We know personally many distinguished jurists and attorneys among the bruhs, as well as others of good will who ably serve in the judicial system, so it's hard to just say "no." Yet, it's naive to not recognize that political/legal systems are run by people, subject to corruption and influence by money and power, to some degree.
I'd expect justice were I a defendent cause I'd know I didn't do the isht. Besides, my stellar defense team of SummerChild, Kimmie1913, joined by junior associates SkeePHIstiAKAte and Exquisite would get me off.....they betta, as much $$ as they cost me.
