Girl, what are you talking about? A perp is someone pretending to be something they are not. I wasn't talking about members of organizations outside of the D9 so you do stand corrected.

I see this thread is going nowhere. I just posted it because years ago I was involved with a man who was a perp when I was interested in Sigma Gamma Rho. So of course, he didn't know that I was knowledgeable of greek organizations and I didn't say anything to him until I became a member. Then I let him have it!!
