I'm gonna keep looking for the Queen Latifah interview. Just the previews alone made the interview look very interesting.

What is gonna keep me hooked on TVOne is "Bid Whist Party Throwdown". I hope they do more than one episode. If you didn't see all two hours, you missed a good thing. First, I'm proud that they did an original program. (Yes, they are piggybacking off the Poker craze, but why can't there be a Bid Whist craze getting started?) Reruns are cool, but I love them for showing A-A programming...not just videos. Secondly, this program could connect young and old viewers. There are plenty of "seasoned" people who might have just enjoyed watching the show and listening to some good trash talking. But it was excellent for young folks who think that Spades is the end all, be all. Like Rashan Ali said, Bid Whist (but ya mama call it Bid Wiz) is like Spades on a college level. It was great for them to explain it. If viewers paid attention and gave it a try, then folks could even start trying to bid.

Sorry that this post is so long, but this is kinda near to my heart. I just wish that more people my age would open up to Bid Wiz. It's way too much fun.
