Hold the fuck up....thats racist as shit. Who says they do it more to black people than white people? What figures are you basing these statements off of? I don't know about you, but I see more white people pulled over on the side of the road than I do black people. Half the black people out there can't even afford cars.
And i'd be willing to bet that almost half of the black people that do have cars arent pulled over thinking they have drugs or a DWI.....it's because their tags are expired. Same goes with Mexicans. Just because you only see those people on COPS on FOX, that doesnt mean its mostly them who are pulled over.
