Last time I got physical with a HUMAN was in eighth grade. I like punched this girl in the chest. Since then whenever I get extremely angry, I get physical with things. I once put a hole in a wall, threw my glasses at the fireplace (and it broke), put dents in a sibling's car by kicking it with hard boots......yada yada yada. I'm getting better. The last physical outburst I had was when I threw a hot fork at one of my (bio) brothers. That was like a year and a half ago.
The thing is that after I get super pissed like that, I cool down pretty quickly. I also get very embarrassed. I pretend like it never happened. Meanwhile, the "witnesses" are heated and they stay heated for a long time. I remember when I threw a fork at my brother, he stayed pissed at me for the whole weekend. I was only pissed for the next 30 minutes after it happened and went on with my life. Oh well....
