My favorite class I ever took was a Junior level history class I took my freshman year about Women in Islam. It was part history, part sociology. We had all sorts of guest speakers who explained different things to us like what it is like to be Christian and living in a Muslim society and a man who had seven wives. It was just a fascinating class and the professor was amazing.
The second to that was Intro to American Government. A simply class that everyone has to take, but I took a section taught by the president of our university, David Boren, who was a senator for 16 years so he taught the class and told us tons of stories and it was a great class
