Close, but not quite.

It really starts at that time to get the entire thing into Prime Time on the East Coast -- which runs from 8:00 PM to 11:00 PM. That also puts it totally in Prime time in the Central Time Zone, which runs from 7:00 to 10:00 PM.

(The fact that it never ends on time notwithstanding)

The show begins before Prime Time in both the Mountain and Pacific time zones.
