HMMMMM.... Is it ILLEGAL? I think it would depend on your state. GC Lawyers?
In TN, I have been told it would not be illegal if it was consentual. But, the person involved would have to be over 16 for this to happen. So, in TN, it would not be illegal if what I have been told is true.
If this is something you are asking in all seriousness for personal reasons, don't ask GC! Ask a local lawyer!
