Ok I'll go first.

I would say that pretty gorgeous and cute are degrees of the same category.

A pretty girl is definitely someone that would be considered to be aesthetically and generally well above average. Pretty also has a lot to do with the face . . a pretty face. The body can vary, but not be so outside the norm that it detracts from the face.

Gorgeous I think is a pretty girl with made up with the right hair, make-up and dress. Think Red Carpet. I am not sure there is any girl that I would call gorgeous that with no make-up, hair undone and in totally neutral clothing. Gorgeous is a package deal.

Cute is a step down from pretty but still attractive. She can either be cute because she just isn't attractive enough to be pretty. Or she can be cute because something about her detracts from the total package. Lets say she has a really pretty face but is seriously over weight. The net result is being cute. Usually when a cute girl gets totally "done" she looks pretty.

Hot When I think of hot I think of a girl that sends off a powerful sexual message. This can be because she has a straight out porn star body. Or because she knows how to dress to make it look like she has a porn star body.

Hot is as much about sex appeal as anything else so she might not have a pretty face, and in some cases might be only borderline cute, but she is able to package herself to radiate sexuality.

So the pretty, gorgeous cute category can be hot, but won't necessarily be.
