and they're probably like 28 years old looking like they're 13. that' isnt just japanese folks, i've seen said foolishness from all sorts of asian folks.
yea man, filipino moms STAY mean muggin' in pictures. my mom smiles, but for the most part...older filipino women look like it's a mug shot. i don't get it.
