My understanding is that provisional votes are not counted at ALL unless the total number of provisional votes
exceeds the margin of victory of the winner.
12:30 AM CST... looks like the decision is ALMOST complete ... and now the lawyers start making a mess of things
And I say that if Florida can't figure out how to vote without all these problems, they don't get to vote next time! Good Lord, how hard can it BE????
