This is the same problem I have - I'm a paid member to both Calgary, London, and Toronto AC's but only Kappa Lambda (my initiation chapter) shows up. I have already spoken to the VP/O Krista and Colleen and they are aware that is an issue, and they are working on it (they hope for a end of year resolution).
At least this roll out has been smoother than Alphalink was 4 years ago !!!
