Hey everyone! Rushing at my school doesn't start for about another 2/3 weeks... we don't even start school for another week and a half. But when rushing does begin it will be my first time rushing as a sister. I just got into my sorority last semester, and I am actually really excited for Rush. I know a lot of Greeks do not like Recruitment and it can be a stressful time, but even though I have a tough and busy course load I am looking foward to it.
So I was wondering if anyone else just went through their first rush on the "other side," or if they will be doing so soon. If you just finished rush what did you like/dislike about it? Or if you're still waiting for rush to start like me- are you looking foward to it, what do you expect, etc? Just wondering how other people feel about their first time going through rush as a sister or brother.
Personally I can't wait to meet all the rushees, to wear my Rush Fall 2004 Shirt, to get dressed up for Pref. etc.
I'm just glad that I never again have to be a rushee nervously awaiting to see if I get a bid to where I want to be!
