The way they quoted her here (& on various shows) is not what she said in the interview - Barbara Walters kept pushing the question of how would Martha cope with being in prison to which Martha responded "Mandela served 27 years in prison - surely I can "survive" five months..."
But of course the headline that ran the next day said "Martha compares herself to Mandela"...because that sells more papers.
