I don't know about the movie... but the version of the fairy tale I've always heard has Cinderella being noble, and hence "eligible" to marry the prince. It is just how she is treated by her "family" that makes her look common.
The list of title you give is of course... incomplete. There are Grand Dukes and Crown Princes and everything in between!
It is also interesting to note that the Rank of Emperor exceeds that of King. Some speculate that Queen Victoria became Empress of India because she didn't like the thought of being out ranked by the Czar of Russia, whom she was related to. (Either sister or daughter, I can't remember).
