ILLINIgirl, you don't need a username and password to shop at The Key Source (
www.buykappa.com)...you can just go to the site and start shopping!
Hope that is *some* consolation.
Also, as ISUKappa pointed out, all you need to do is call HQ back (1-866-KKG-1870), ask for Membership Services, and tell them you need to know your member number in order to access the sisters-only side of the website. (They will ask you some questions, of course, to verify your membership).
Then you should be all set!
