Yes, all guys are going to have their quirks, (and so are girls for that matter) but she needs to find one with the values she desires and quirks that don't bother her. I had an ex-boyfriend who used to go the speed-limit on the highway in the left lane, and when I told him to get over because there was a car on his ass he'd tell me that they could just pass him on the right (and no amount of arguing could convince him that this was illegal in more then one way)...that was one quirk I could NEVER deal with my entire life, but maybe Taualumna could. Point is...she doesn't have to settle just because "boys will be boys", she has the right to look for her gentleman.

I think that there is a big difference between speeding and sticking his face in front of the air conditioner. Speeding can be dangerous. I have no idea what the big deal is with the air conditioning. How does that go against anyone's values? Maybe I just can't picture it.

Taualumna has a right to do whatever she wants with her love life. I never suggested she settle. I was just giving her some advice that might help her be happy.
