Okay here's the situation . The Panhellenic Council at my school is thinking about letting the sororities have their each own individual rush at different times during the semester or having a COB program in place. My question is for all the Latina/Multi-Cultural/Local Sorority members out in greekchat land. How does the COB process effect your intake numbers?
