In what ways do you THINK people treat you differently?

I think people treat me differently sometimes because I work in retail. I've had some of the most obnoxious customers think all I am is a retail worker...and therefore, have no education and paid minimum wage.
On the contrary, I have a degree and get paid so much that I'm in no hurry to leave because I have been able to support myself to my liking for over a year and a half now.
People in retail aren't just idiots you know!

ETA: Nothing pisses me off more when people think that mom's who stay at home are worthless, have no career ambition and can't think for themselves. My mom stayed at home for years and I couldn't be more thankful because she was always there for us kids...putting her career on hold for us.
