Do Something for YOU
Ladies,
I'm encouraging you all to take some quiet, quality time out for YOU.
Try at least once a week or if you're strapped for funds then every two weeks go do something special for yourself.
If you don't take time out for you, you will begin to feel down and out and you won't understand why.
1. Go get a pedicure
2. Go to the mall and look for the makeup counters that give free make-overs
3. Go see a movie BY YOURSELF (I love doing this)
4. Take a bubble bath with scented candles (I know some of you live in dorms so you'll have to wait until you go home home for Thanksgiving. LOL)
Other suggestions are welcomed.
