My chapter had nominations tonight, and I wanted to run for MAL, but there are two others running against me, so it's kind of intimidating. I really really really want this position, but I am scared I won't get it.
I understand that the MAL has to be strict and enforce the rules as well as be organized and take attendence. But, I need pointers to help me for my speech. What do you think are important qualities that the MAL should have?
