Congratulations Arnold...however...
WHERE IS THE MONEY GOING TO COME FROM???
If Governor Arnold repeals the car tax fee, as he said he would, where is he going to come up with the funds to balance the budget? Also, if he is so pro-education, as he says he is, is he going to reduce the fee hikes for the UC and CSU school systems?
And remember, he is dealing with a Democratic state House and Senate, and if Californians think that the last budget impasse was bad, just wait until Arnold tries to pass a new budget!
And isn't it ironic that Gray Davis signed into law allowing undocumented residents (I really hate the term "illegal aliens") the ability to get driver's licenses, and most Hispanics voted to recall him! Way to know your voter base Gray!
But of course the Bay Area counties are the only ones in the state to vote against the recall-not only are we not able to put a championship pro football or baseball team on the field, we also vote to keep Gray! I think that it was still the shock of both the A's and Giants losing!!!
