You would have to define "hooked up". I once met an Alpha from a nearby school, in fact the one my dad worked at, on BP and then formally met him at a party. We became friends. THAT IS IT. We never even held hands. So if by hook up you mean, hook up as in hung out, we once studied together, so yes. But if you mean hooked up as in dated and doing the dos that go with relationships then HELL NAW.
