I noticed that I had been looking especially svelt this week, so I finally hopped on the scale this am and saw that I not only was at my target weight (I wanted to loose approx 20 lbs Starting last September), but I was 3 lbs below it. Congrats to me for meeting my weight goal. I celebrated with Ms. Kreme, Krispy Kreme, to be exact. Thats an ok thing to do. Ironic, but OK.
The worst part tho, I still have evidence of those pesky love handles. Too much beer as an undergrad I guess. Theres always surgery....
