I just viewed the Xenadrine thread. Most people said nay to it and said take vitamins for energy instead.
I heard vitamin b-complex is good for energy.I used to take it (even up to 100mg per b-vitamin) it didn't help at all!
The only thing that slightly helped my energy was 100mg Vitamin B6, which I'm scarred to take now, because I read from several sources that it can be dangerous to take that much. Flaxseed oil is good too, but it gives me severe nausea.
Might I ask what specific vitamins are good for energy?
Multivitamins?
