After four months of living off the dole (read: unemployment) when my contract job ended (and believe me, unemployment compensation is hardly enough to pay the bills) I finally got an interview for a CAD drafter position today. And the best news:
I GOT THE JOB!!!
Pay's good, the commute's long (but you gotta go where the money is) and it's temp to perm! Should be starting right after Memorial Day weekend but if they need me sooner, I'll start earlier if need be! Guess good things come to those that wait...
