Bro,
Fees may seem kinda high, but right now there are no workable solutions to lower the fees/costs of running SAE. A group called SAE Blue thinks they can cut dues in half, but have yet to state a plan that would actually work for the fraternity. Their only evidence rests on the beliefs of a few province archons who couldn't get their shit together and are pissed at the ESR. Frankly, finances have always been what distinguished Greeks from other student organizations on campus. Yes, they are fairly high. Are they too high? Possibly; but until anyone can present a plan with solid figures that would keep the largest fraternity in the nation running as smoothly as it has been in its proud history, there will be no change to the current fiscal policy.
