Well, let's see... this is the generation of crack babies. So their parents could STILL be on crack. Sleep cuz they were out at the club last night. Still out, at the after hours joint. Not around, so they are being raised by grandma who can't keep up cuz she old and done raised her kids. They at home, but just don't care.
