BIG BUCKS yet! The Intuit Tax Freedom Project lets you file your taxes on line for FREE! Yes, I said free!!! The company uses TurboTax to do the filing. Here's how you qualify, according to the site:
If you are one of the approximately 60 million American taxpayers with an adjusted gross income (AGI) of $27,000 or less for 2002, or who can claim the federal Earned Income Tax Credit (EITC), you qualify!
The EITC is a tax credit that's available to taxpayers with low earnings. Not everyone is eligible, but it's worth exploring; you could qualify for a credit of as much as $4,140 which might even trigger a refund!
