They are really popular in my hometown in Kansas City.
I dislike the fact that they people hang them on straight sections of their house. I think they look way cooler if people hang them on the eaves and were their roofs come to points. My home would look awesome b/c we have a really uneven roof with lots of steep slopes and stuff.
Flashing lights are the WORST!!! I can't stand them, and why anyone thinks they look good....
Rainbow icicles is the worst idea I've ever heard!
I honestly think that rainbow lights suck anyways...just do it all in one color! Or what would be cool would to be have those fiber optic lights and have your lights change color...SLOWLY!
