Yes. For one thing I have a crappy memory when it comes to names, faces and stuff... I'd be more inclined to remember someone if I actually spoke with them about something important.
Happens to me also a lot at work... I see about1000 people a day and each of them expects me to remember the intimate details of our conversations 2 weeks from when they first came in... Reality says hell no.
Also happens around town. I'm on the cable access channel that the University runs doing a newscast that is rebroadcast all day on Tuesdays and Thursdays... I'll be out and totally random people will tell me they know me from TV and stuff. Kind of strange. What am I supposed to say to them
