All I can say about this Brice guy is too fucking bad! And no I am not going to censor myself...Whether this guy gets labeled as a felon is not the chapters problem and is not the girls problem. Obviously there had been other situations similar to this where no one was punished that they had to legislate new laws for it. If he didn't know the legal ramifications of this, he knew that his actions were unacceptable. The LXA president did the right thing. The girl did the right thing. There is no need to think about what is going to happing to this young man. This girl was violated. If it had been me, he would not have to worry about the brothers beating the shit out of him, because I would have done it myself. Props to the LXA president for taking a stand and letting his chapter and others know that this behaviour is unacceptable.
