This is exactly what I meant. The guy made a tape in bad taste (without warning), if he kept it to himself no one would have known and no harm would have been done.
But he had the extremely bad judgement of showing it to his fraternity brothers . . to brag. What a fricking moron. I won't even advertise what I do with my GFs in a committed relationship let alone talk about a casual encounter.
Now the President was foolish. It would be logical to figure out where this would have to lead, legal problems . . . although the idiot probably didn't think about it. He hould be impeached for being another moron.

But what is an embarrassment for the lady that would have faded really quickly will make him a life long felon.
A Felon. That will change his entire life. Depending on the state law he might even come under some Megan law and be a registered sex offender.
Being a felon means he can never vote, a lot of jobs are denied from him forever, he is obligated to place it on all job applications and it can be used against him for any job that he wants.
I realize that you ladies are offended but that might not be proportional to the crime.
Oh, and an enormous amount of people will see the tape now . . .
