Need advice on what to do

I rushed this spring and checked out a couple of fraternities. I found two I really vibed with and attended most of their rush events. Fraternity 1 was smaller but filled with guys I really felt a personal connection to, they felt like a true brotherhood. Fraternity 2 is larger but there were only a few guys I felt a real personal connection to immediately. Both fraternities took a liking to me but fraternity 2 offered me a bid first. I decided to sign as I got along with a few of the guys, assumed it would get better as I got to know them, and they also seemed to have a lot of interest in me. Now a few weeks into pledging, I really haven’t formed much more of a connection with any of the guys. They seem to like me, but I just feel somewhat out of place. The first fraternity were cool when I told them I signed with another fraternity. I still say hi when I see them around. This leaves me with a few options, stay and hope it gets better, or drop. I’m over half way done with the process, and I’d also feel a level of guilt because I have formed a few close friendships. But I can’t stop thinking about how I may have made the wrong choice. I think about my rush experience with fraternity 1 and how much better it was. I also know that if I could go back in time I would’ve signed with fraternity 1. My main concern is if I dropped and rushed again, they’d resent me for them being my “second option”. To clarify, fraternity 2 aren’t bad guys. They’re great, I just don’t feel much of a personal connection. They also, despite being larger, seem to have less active brothers caring about events outside of parties. I need advice on what to do.
