Please - someone - clarify "placement rate". IUpnmmom, not attacking you! This comes up periodically in other threads, and I have asked for clarification before.
If PNMs voluntarily withdraw from recruitment, then (to my mind) they should not be counted in the analysis. There are (in all probability) other PNMs who are released by all chapters after the first round, as well. We know that happens (usually grade related releases).
Instead, I'd like to see the data reported as # of bids extended, and # of bids accepted. That would be a more accurate and realistic "placement rate". I would like to know how others think "placement rate" should be described. Thanks!
