As for grades, that can depend on the individual GLO and their national and local requirements. I am not actively involved in recruitment at this time, but your grades certainly seem respectable. While grades can be used for early cuts, they are not the only factor in membership selection. Your recs can give a fuller picture of you and what you have to offer a group before the crush of formal recruitment begins.

I just wasn't aware that some people write letters without the PNM's awareness. lol Thank you so much for all your help! I truly do appreciate it! I guess my one question is in a school where they advertise letters aren't necessary/don't worry about them is there a certain point where all the letters to multiple chapters may come across as "trying to hard?" I'm under the impression they can only help in the long run but I just wanted to be sure!
