De-Pledging and then rushing for a different fraternity

I rushed a fraternity (TKE) in the fall of 2014 and received a bid which I later accepted however after participating in bid night and about 1 to 2 weeks into the education process I dropped out because I wasn't happy which was mainly my fault because I didn't bond with my fellow pledge class as well as I should have. I received my big and when I was thinking about dropping out there were no hard feelings and I received the education fee back that I paid. However now I'm thinking about rushing for a different fraternity in the fall of 2015 and I'm wondering if this is even allowed... I was never initiated into the brotherhood but did receive my big and pledge pin and only technically went to the introduction education meeting, I didn't really even get far enough into education to learn the fraternities secrets. Please let me know what you think!
